CONSTRUCTION DRAW VIDEO

A relatively new concept for video is using video to confirm completed work on a construction site. Almost all construction is paid for in “draws” which the contractor requests as certain work is completed. In the past (and certainly the most common method) the bank sends out their own officer to inspect the job site and charges the builder for each inspection.

Several creative contractors are now utilizing legal video service for portions of the loan draw process. This process allows for accurate assessment of completed task and may help expedite completion of the construction draw process.
